netflix is getting rid of the profiles feature which allows kurt to have his own queue and rate movies separately from me. i'm so upset! now i don't know whether i'd like to consolidate our queues or just downgrade to a one-a-month deal and sign each of us up separately. would almost be worth it because consolidating and trying to keep track of whose movies are whose so that we still get one each at a time... what a mess.
boooooooo netflix!!!
this is the first time they've ever upset me in the five and a half years i've been with them. |

Wha? Why? I thought the point was to allow the flexibility of a family sharing an account. Wasn't that one of their selling points?
I have Netflix too and have been happy with them, though I've been eying Blockbuster for their ability to return and rent from their stores as well. Maybe you should research it and see how they compare.
must not have panned out quite like they'd hoped. it's quite the bummer.
i've thought about blockbuster but i just have this unexplainable hatred for them. i think it's because the reason i joined netflix is because of all the insane late fees i used to get from blockbuster (though yes, they were my fault, not theirs, i still lay the blame on having them in the first place. hah.) plus, a friend of mine goes through them, after being with netflix, and he hasn't been very satisfied with their selection and such. | |
